The first step is to carefully analyze your reference letter, because the devil is in the detail. Coding and meanings between the lines are common.
In a second step, we can draft individual suggestions for improvement based on employee appraisals as well as interim references and can conduct negotiations. Sound processing and advice is essential, otherwise a reference letter can be counterproductive. The processing and negotiation of a reference is charged on a time basis.
We are also happy to prepare new reference letters. This is preceded by an analysis of the employment relationship and of the existing employee appraisals and interim references. You can find more information about references here.

Analysis of a non-competition clause: This includes analyzing the employment relationship and in particular the reason for termination, examining the clause in the employment contract/regulations and a telephone discussion (20min.) or brief written communication of the result. Depending on complexity normally: CHF 200 - CHF 600 excl.

Drafting of entire customized employment contracts: At cost or individual flat rate
The prices are exclusive of VAT / 3% lump sum for expenses.
